Successful projects need good planning of communication activities, events and messages to be delivered.
Developing clear objectives to ensure impacted stakeholder
groups are provided with timely, accurate, relevant and sufficient
messages over the lifetime of a project particularly when there
will be changes to business process steps.
Communication aims can include :-
- Providing awareness and understanding of the project and of the change impacts to each stakeholder group; and
- Manage expectations in the scope of functionality of the final solution and in the implementation and training approach
