Aligning your IT to your business strategy is key to ensuring that information and technology is supporting the business.

A plan needs to assess the needs of the business , recognise the wants, align to the business direction, address key issues and present a sound technical and organisational response that can be signed off by the business.

An assessment report can provide an independent view of the current state of a key technology or the organisational side of technology which can form the basis of a management decision on how to proceed.
